Action plan

Turn AI agent findings into a clear action plan

A review creates value when findings become owned work. Roxea keeps each action tied to the agent and reason that produced it.

01

The problem: findings get lost after the report

Audit recommendations are often copied into email or a generic backlog. Context disappears, priorities drift and the next reviewer cannot tell what changed.

A connected action plan keeps remediation close to the evidence and makes the current status visible.

02

How the action plan works in Roxea

Create actions from findings or add them manually. Set priority and status on every plan. Pro and Business add member assignment and due dates, while Business can require approval for sensitive manual actions.

  • Use todo, in progress and done statuses.
  • Keep priority available on Starter, Pro and Business.
  • Filter by agent, status, priority, assignee or due date.
  • Record who completed an action and when.
  • Show relevant actions on the agent record and in reports.
03

Example: add approval before refunds

A refund agent can submit payments without review. The action asks the support owner to add human approval before submission, marks the item high priority and sets a due date. The report shows the same action and its current status.
